Responsible for managing HRD systems and processes that includes Recruitment, HR Operations, HR Service Center, Talent Management, Learning Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations & Employee Wellbeing functions
- Set up and implement service standards across Dubai Airports.
- Monitor service driven KPIs integrated with various stakeholder systems like immigration, e-gate, security systems etc.

Align IT Risk managment processes with enterprise business risk management framework
Establish outcome and performance measures, supported by metrics, and targets that assess
progress toward the achievement of enterprise and IT objectives and the business strategy.
