I have more than 18 years of practical experience in the field of Construction, Material Testing, Designing and Quality Control with multinational companies at different Highways, Roads, Buildings, Bridges, Flyover, Interchange, Landscape Parks, Pipeline, Marine Structures and Tunnels Projects in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Quality Control of Concrete Deliveries at Batch Plant.
Managing the whole Laboratory activities, Designing of Materials and Testing of site works as per requirements of project specification according to AASHTO, ASTM, ACI, B.S, PCI and Asphalt Institute standards.
• Implementing & Monitoring the QA/QC Plans on different phases of work.
• Conducting the Initial QC Survey of Vendor Concrete Batch Plants & Precast Factories for Saudi Aramco approvals.
• Making & Implementing the Inspection & Test Plan (ITPs) for Enhance the Quality Control Procedure.
• Taking Environmental Protection Measures during the activity.
• Prepared Daily work activity & Monthly work activity Report.
• Documented the Inspection Reports, Test Results, Calibration Reports & Submittals to Saudi Aramco.
• Conduct & Monitoring the Fresh Concrete Sampling, Testing and make records.
• Controlling the raw material quality through visual inspection & third party laboratory testing.
• Issuing the NCR for non-conformance material & work activity.
• Implementing the specification & Industry best practice on different phases of work activity.
• Emphasize on Quality & Safety Culture within the work environment.
