* Interviewing candidates for the new Academic year, looking at the different skills of the teachers in the demo lesson.

• Supervising the teachers' Academic Performance Evaluation System - TAPES. Including: Professional Knowledge, Instructional Planning, Instructional delivery, Monitoring, Assessment and Learning, Professionalism and communication, Student Academic Progress

• Checking the teacher's documentation folder and the list of documents, including: goal setting, evidence of students progress, evidence of students parental involvement, students records, differentiation strategies applied, well-presented data and analysis of students progress, lesson plan, TAPES observation form, and student- Teacher Survey

* Responsible for managing and ensuring the implementation of a curriculum which meets the needs of all pupils

* Developing appropriate schemes of work which include clear objectives, assessments, differentiation, progress which motivate pupils

* Monitoring teaching and learning through lesson observations and exercise book monitoring, so as to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for raising standards.

* Implementing Eliot's in the school which is new evaluation techniques to ensure assessment of teachers.

• Check and recheck of the weekly plan done by teacher on weekly bases and suggest solutions.

• Selecting the Project-Based Assessment for the lower grades, which includes; Questionnaire and Survey, data Collection, Four Square writing methods, group contract, T-Charts, Brochure making as products for students, presentation and making Rubrics for assessing them
