Promoted rapidly from Systems Analyst to Manager of Operations, and Customer Service in Major shipping & Logistics Group of companies in Dubai-U.A.E, which has branches in Jebel Ali, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Cargo village, enjoying rich culture of working with International Clients and agents in UAE & around the globe. Highly Involved in Managing different sectors with ease in Admin, Accounts Management, Staff Management, New Business Development, Key Relationships, Consultative Sales and Project Management.

Freight Management of SEA & AIR Inbound and outbound shipments.
Free Zone Operations and Logistics Management.
Monitoring & Control of overseas agent’s business correspondence for Import and Export shipments. This also includes dealing the correspondence with the principles and associate agents as well as handling the key accounts.
Instrumental in assisting associates to realize their potential and self-actualization goals.
Significantly increased the sales by every month in different business units.
Working with the Business and Marketing teams in product building strategies and pre-sales activities to support and advice Business Development in drafting proposals in respond to different queries.
Defining, Formalizing workflow and the management procedures for customer service.

Initiate and Lead mainly the Sea Freight / Air Freight and Inland Transport operations, which include the following modules.

Shipments Status (Import, Export, Import for Re Export, statistical export and Transshipments.)
Load List / Discharge List / Manifest Status (Liaising directly with Port & Customs).
Customs Clearance & Delivery of shipments / Import, Export & Transshipment documentation.
Free Zone operations (JAFZA) / Logistics & Supply chain Management/ warehouse Management/ Console cargo handling etc.
Planning and scheduling of all distribution services to ensure customer requirements are met in an efficient manner & meet prescribed cost and service standards.
Control of all documents related in movement of cargo including BL / AWB, Manifest, Letter of Credit (LC), Export & Free zone documentation, different certificate for export according to the shipper requirements.
Streamlining systems and procedures of receiving & delivery of cargo and Inventory control.
Physical measurement of Break Bulk and RORO shipments.
Make sure all the payments are made in time for PORT and CUSTOMS.
Manage the resource requirements in terms of hardware, software and people, ensuring optimum utilization of resources.
Building up training & technical terms to achieve the company goals. It includes frequently and independently handling wide variety of situations and conflicts involving administrative functions.
Revise existing policies and develop simple and more effective ‘Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)’ for the various operations.
Good Exposure on ERP for logistics and supply chain management.
