RESPONSIBILITIES

•Preparation of Baseline program in Primavera (P6), track and update of progress in the master schedule on monthly basis.
•Revision of the baseline program on client approval.
•Preparation of Weekly/ Monthly look ahead.
•Preparation of resource schedules for the shipment.
•Updating the Weekly, Monthly Reports.
•Interaction with the team on the critical activities.
•Review of the sub-contractor’s schedule / status reports.
