Serve as a supply owner of Egypt representative office; develop business plans of supply chain, design and construct national supply network; actively focus on customer requirements and provide competitive solutions. Ensure delivery success, fulfillment of business goals, and customer satisfaction.
1- Based on supply delivery strategies and process requirements of the company/region as well as the market delivery strategies and customer requirements of the company, develop and implement the supply delivery solutions and logistics network solutions of representative office and continuously enhance the supply delivery capabilities of the representative office.
2- Manage and monitor the end to end order fulfillment process, analyze customers’ logistics requirements and supply bottlenecks by taking an early part in projects; formulate competitive logistics and supply delivery solutions; ensure timely, accurate, high-quality, and low cost goods supply.
3- Manage import and export customs clearance of representative office; analyze and apply customs laws and regulations as well as harmonized system codes; take responsibility for maintaining and managing the relationships with Customs Authority; ensure smooth customs clearance.
4- Manage and monitor the end to end process of receiving, delivering and stocking goods (including receiving and reviewing arrived goods, managing inventories and stocktaking, ensuring complete material supply solutions based on delivery, monitoring goods dispatching and managing goods arrival documents) and take responsibility for goods security and inventory accuracy.
5- Develop the auxiliary and accessory materials supply solutions based on delivery requirements; manage and monitor the end to end procurement fulfillment process of auxiliary materials and locally purchased materials, including developing purchase requests (PRs), placing purchase order (POs), monitoring the goods preparations of suppliers, accepting arrived goods and applying payments.
6- Build the resource pool of logistics service providers (LSPs) and manage the performance of LSPs.
7- Prepare budgets of customs clearance expenses and logistics expenses of the representative office; take charge of expense monitoring, payment request, and applications, ensure that logistics and procurement fulfillment of the representative office and ensure the efficient and safe operations of processes.
8- Assist the representative office in monitoring the operational indicators, including management of inventory, loan goods, ITO, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Warehouse Manager at Huawei Technologies LTD
