Serve as a supply owner of Egypt representative office; develop business plans of supply chain, design and construct national supply network; actively focus on customer requirements and provide competitive solutions. Ensure delivery success, fulfillment of business goals, and customer satisfaction.
1- Based on supply delivery strategies and process requirements of the company/region as well as the market delivery strategies and customer requirements of the company, develop and implement the supply delivery solutions and logistics network solutions of representative office and continuously enhance the supply delivery capabilities of the representative office.
2- Manage and monitor the end to end order fulfillment process, analyze customers’ logistics requirements and supply bottlenecks by taking an early part in projects; formulate competitive logistics and supply delivery solutions; ensure timely, accurate, high-quality, and low cost goods supply.
3- Manage import and export customs clearance of representative office; analyze and apply customs laws and regulations as well as harmonized system codes; take responsibility for maintaining and managing the relationships with Customs Authority; ensure smooth customs clearance.
4- Manage and monitor the end to end process of receiving, delivering and stocking goods (including receiving and reviewing arrived goods, managing inventories and stocktaking, ensuring complete material supply solutions based on delivery, monitoring goods dispatching and managing goods arrival documents) and take responsibility for goods security and inventory accuracy.
5- Develop the auxiliary and accessory materials supply solutions based on delivery requirements; manage and monitor the end to end procurement fulfillment process of auxiliary materials and locally purchased materials, including developing purchase requests (PRs), placing purchase order (POs), monitoring the goods preparations of suppliers, accepting arrived goods and applying payments.
6- Build the resource pool of logistics service providers (LSPs) and manage the performance of LSPs.
7- Prepare budgets of customs clearance expenses and logistics expenses of the representative office; take charge of expense monitoring, payment request, and applications, ensure that logistics and procurement fulfillment of the representative office and ensure the efficient and safe operations of processes.
8- Assist the representative office in monitoring the operational indicators, including management of inventory, loan goods, ITO, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Oversee material inventories; warehouse Operations, and logistic strategies.
• Manage up to 9 Logistics Specialists & Supervisors of Huawei Employees including workload, Motivation, Training and Appraisal.
• Manage Logistics Service Providers in all activities related to warehousing and Delivery Management (Such as inbound, outbound, warehouse arrangement and staking, safety process, scrap, local and international returns (Reverse business), repacking and even starting from facility building and warehouse layout, and etc……
• Perform quarterly inventory analyses on warehouse facilities, maintain warehouse inventory, and produce status reports.
• Implemented the facility's automated manifest system which allowed the use of (RF Scanners) to track materials Transactions to be connected to All Company Systems.
• Arrange & Manage SLA/SOP with Customers & logistic service providers.
• Interface with the Internal Customer (Huawei Projects Teams) and External Customers (Vodafone, Mobinil, Etisalat, Telecom Egypt, Libyana, Al-Madar, Eritel, Orange, Umniah & ………….) also LSPs (DHL, UTI, Agility & Savino Del Bene).
• Solve all problems feedback by customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor, Achieve & Follow Head Quarter KPIs & KCPs, also adjust or modify KPIs to be suitable for the representative offices

1- IAR Inventory Accuracy Rate.
2- ITO Inventory Turnover.
3- LTO Low Turnover.
4- Daily Closing Rate.
5- SUR Space Usage Rate.

• Negotiate, Review, Modify & Approve All warehousing and delivery Contracts and invoices & All financial authorizations.
• Experience of full project lifecycle activities
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to Supply Chain Manager, Delivery & Service Manager and Regional Manager.
• Organized the merging of four warehouses (25, 000sqm) consisting of over 150, 000 lines items valued at over $200 million while maintaining optimal productivity.
• Collaboratively saved $200, 000 in labors & Facilities while attaining 33% operational efficiency improvement.

• Coordinate with the LSP on day to day warehousing physical operations such as stock allocation planning before cargo arrival, materials picking and warehouse arrangement.
Working on day to day System Ordering received from Project team & Customer also for cargo incoming (Receive Notes) and outgoing (Delivery Notes) from warehouses (inbound & outbound).
• Arrange the needed local transportation trucks and any special handling request such as cranes and labors in sites to support field engineering tasks.
• Arrange a daily, weekly & Monthly stocktaking.
• Operate all warehouse operations through Huawei warehousing computer system (CES) part of ERP system, and match with LSP warehousing computer system (Exceed) to guarantee an accurate computerize system from both sides.
• Prepare all the payment documents of warehousing & delivery for LSPs.
• Prepare daily/weekly Reports to Logistics Supervisor and Warehouse Manager.
