#### Main responsibilities and duties overview ####
• Installation, configuration, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Oversee the development and installation of new hardware and software.
• Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems, services and infrastructure availability.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies to maintain data safety.
• Monitor and test applications performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those enhancements.
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
• Provide 3rd level support by providing technical direction to IT support staff.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Administration of Microsoft skype for business Systems that consisted of more than 1000 users.
Administration of Manage engine OP manager v.12 monitoring tool.
Administration of Manage engine service desk plus v.9 help desk ticketing system.
