1. Manage an assigned portfolio of (65+) properties, comprising (1500+) residential and commercial unit leases in Dubai and Sharjah.
2. Coordinate with the regional unit head for rental reviews and property plans to maximize properties income.
3. Follow up on renting out vacant units by coordinating with the real estate agency team.
4. Monitor and control expired leases and bounced checks, and coordinate with the respective collection and legal departments for taking actions against defaulted tenants.
5. Provide accurate income report on the building to the concerned parties whenever required.
6. Conduct the process of takeover and release of mortgage properties, and achieve the needed communication/meetings with property landlords for this purpose, as well as the home finance and real-estate credit team within the bank as needed.
7. Prepare and analyze monthly reports on the financial figures and achievements and present them to the upper management.
8. Conduct market research to prepare unit pricing lists and gain the needed approvals for final consideration.
9. Coordinate with maintenance department in order to assure maintaining the properties in a good condition, and oversee required relationships in this regard to make sure that units are ready to lease for new tenants (For instance; DEWA/SEWA utility service clearance, key availability, etc.).
10. Generate notice letters for lease renewals and make sure the leases are renewed on time.
11. Oversee the documents controllers’ property update operations in all data sources (database, physical files, etc.).
1. Achieve Technical Consultancy to customers about Apple products (Mainly iPad).
2. Conduct Merchandising and indoor Sales roles for iPad at Apple's Authorized resellers (Mainly Virgin Megastore).
3. Report and Analyze Sales achievements and benchmarking data from marketing perspective.
1. Manage real estate sales deals in terms of properties belong to the company or managed on behalf of third- party developers/landlords.
2. Monitor and control sales consistency and achievement of preset targets.
3. Execute and track related Business Development plans.
4. Monitor and control the company’s communication channels, and oversee property listings on various media portals (company website, property sales portals, newspapers, etc.).
5. Hold meetings with property developers to get in new property brokerage agreements, and with prospective clients for discussing and closing sales deals.
6. Study and execute related sales plan, ensure achieving the preset sales targets, and taking proactive actions to avoid any gaps in the sales achievements.
7. Follow up on top management's property leads and referrals.
8. Achieve timely data analysis and reporting.
9. Contribute to the development of web & print sales contents, and copyrighting of communication texts.

2. Conduct client relationship and offer consultancy regarding the bank’s real-estate financing products and services.
3. Contribute to the process of initiating and following-up on the stand sales leads.
4. Control the consumption of marketing materials, and communicate with the concerned parties for required supplies.
5. Analyze, Report, and deliver Sales data to Marketing Communication and Sales departments of the bank.
6. Follow-up on emergency issues with the responsible parties/units.
