• In charge of Shoes and Suits/Blazers product life -cycle throughout the middle east
• Ensure daily/weekly distribution of new collection throughout all stores in middle east:
• Responsible for 100% daily replenishment of sales of previous day;
• Manage and coordinate transportation team for effective and timely distribution of goods for the stores.
• Ensure minimal leftover for shoes/suit/blazers from the new collection launched by stock rotating the best seller to best selling stores.
• Ensure transportation and warehousing of goods as per company’s rules;
• Verify and validate the stock movements between stores and warehouses;
• Propose size breakdown per store for suit/shoes per season as per the analysis of sales of the previous season.
• Responsible to meet daily requests from stores/ Home delivery.
• Prepare and Follow up on all Customs Documentations for both incoming and outgoing orders.
• Analyse data related to sales per store in order to optimize stock rotation to enhance sales.
• Works closely with sales, analysing the sales per family, reference, colour, and size and prepare best seller reports on request of commercial department.
• Liaise with stores additional manual counting whenever needed required;
• Train the team involved on all needed points of training;
• Verify delivery notes and update delivery notes in system whenever needed;
• Prepare weekly reports and documentation:
• In-charge of generating invoices / airway bills and any other related & necessary documents to process the order for dispatch
• Ensure 100% compliance with rules and procedures of the company.
• Manage the entire Order to Cash process as an individual contributor for 10 countries.
• Review orders as per DOA and Ensure DOA compliance for documents.
• Work closely with customer, sales, logistics, freight forwarder and factory to ensure customer requested delivery is achieved.
• Ensure timely and accurate order entry and release of orders for processing.
• Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts.
• Responsible for handling the logistics of all orders shipping via the jebel Ali warehouse as well as the drop shipments from our factories directly to the end users
• Accountable for issuing purchase order in ERP and placing order on factory via CBS, YWX and mail.
• Entering Sales order entry in ERP: check prices, delivery terms, payment terms against quotes, sales contracts, and distributor agreements
• Work in close co-ordination with Products team to ensure replenishment requests are clearly communicated so as to have a high order fill rate
• In charge of tracking orders and confirms lead-time, delivery dates and cost.
• Support finance in resolving delivery and invoice discrepancies.
• Responsible for tracking order acknowledgement, prepares and communicate shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers.
• Complete correspondence with factory and customer for all orders from placing order to delivery and payment.
• Ensure all relevant commercial and customs documentation are archived in a timely manner.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service and respond in a timely and efficient manner to all incoming inquiries and correspondence, both internal and external.
• Support business on delivery of sales and financial targets and objectives.
• Maintain weekly order status report for the review of management.
• In charge of releasing shipping instruction to logistics for projects ready at factory.
• Accountable for preparing billing forecast for the quarter.
• Identify the risk orders and request the factory to improve the ex-factory date.
• Contribute to the development of business improvement opportunities wherever possible.
Responsible for shipping garments to all branches of the company
In charge of making delivery reports on a daily basis.
Accountable for Providing training to new staffs.
Responsible for dealing with supplier’s shipping /haulage/customs etc.
Overseeing the store inventory ensuring availability of products.
Ensuring Continuous improvement of existing operations.
Responsible for tracking the shipments when necessary.

Accountable for conducting stock take to solve supply issues quickly.
Ensure checking all incoming shipments for accuracy against proper quantity, price and quality.
Supervising all daily activities of the warehouse such as receiving, storing, packing, labeling, stock allocation, dispatching, returns etc, in accordance to company policy and procedures.
Ensured goods and materials received are located in the appropriate area.
Responsible for Replenishment of stock

Key Modules: Managing ERP with SAP R/3, Project Management, e- Logistics & International Supply Chain Management, Business Excellence, Business Process Management with SAP R/3, Supply Chain Planning & Control. Participated in various cultural events at University and was an integral part of the organising committee of ‘Bollywood Nights’ catering to over a 100 students from the University. Exceptional team-working skills portrayed for a particular module to present a series of presentations on the ‘Sustainability of Supply Chains’ dealing with low carbon emissions and green revolution which resulted in the ‘Best Team’ of the year award.
