• Ensure daily/weekly distribution of new collection throughout all stores in middle east:
• Responsible for 100% daily replenishment of sales of previous day;
• Manage and coordinate transportation team for effective and timely distribution of goods for the stores.
• Ensure minimal leftover for shoes/suit/blazers from the new collection launched by stock rotating the best seller to best selling stores.
• Ensure transportation and warehousing of goods as per company’s rules;
• Verify and validate the stock movements between stores and warehouses;
• Propose size breakdown per store for suit/shoes per season as per the analysis of sales of the previous season.
• Responsible to meet daily requests from stores/ Home delivery.
• Prepare and Follow up on all Customs Documentations for both incoming and outgoing orders.
• Analyse data related to sales per store in order to optimize stock rotation to enhance sales.
• Works closely with sales, analysing the sales per family, reference, colour, and size and prepare best seller reports on request of commercial department.
• Liaise with stores additional manual counting whenever needed required;
• Train the team involved on all needed points of training;
• Verify delivery notes and update delivery notes in system whenever needed;

• In-charge of generating invoices / airway bills and any other related & necessary documents to process the order for dispatch
