To be accountable for the Key Account Manager’s project implementations in terms of delivery according to time schedule, customer satisfaction.
To be accountable that all contractual deliverables are fulfilled in accordance to the assignment specification and customer project contract.
To participate in the pre sales processes as a Core Three member (CFR) on behalf of the project office whenever required. This includes, providing proposals or quotations for all project related services to comply with customer proposals or quotation requirements and business objectives.
