• Perform full circular of recruitment and selection processes (Sourcing, Screening, shortlisting, Interviewing, Hiring ...etc)
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
• Prepare offer letter and contract for new employees and completing their files.
• Handling the HR system and responsible to prepare the payroll statement and provide it on time to finance for processing.
• Preparing all employees related letters including termination, warning, promotion and all kind of leaves
• Monitoring with all human resource function (recruitment, training, government portals and employee care ...etc)
• Identified and implemented operational changes and facility improvements;
• Handled customers complaints and responded to cases;
• Immersed in the daily operations;
