Currently working with Star Technologies and responsible for handling entire Abu Dhabi & Al Ain area.
Promoting company all products as per different target markets, opening new key accounts & generates the revenue.
Visiting different civil and infrastructure projects and getting approvals as per client’s requirements.
Good experience, knowledge about Vendor Registration & Pre-qualification of the products approval Government, Private institutions & authorities.
Extensive strong business relationship with all clients who using building materials contracting & maintenance companies, MEP, HVAC, Waterproofing & Insulation companies/applicators and trading business segmentation.
Working closely with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub Contractors, M.E.P works, E.P.C projects for approval the products at initial stage for current as per our scope of works all industries requirement.
Arrange submittal along all samples demonstrations as per the projects specification & requirements.
Prospect & maintain strong pipeline of prospective clients for business development & sales, materials arrangement schedules on site deliveries and payments collection on time as per agreed terms.
Discuss with clients business proposal & requirements, close the final deal to secure the orders.
Keep in touch with customers, market situation information about competitor’s activities and trends.
Responsible for handling Abu Dhabi & Al-Ain Territory in Adhesive Technologies, construction chemicals, Sealants, PU Foam, Power Glue, Epoxy Glue, Coating and Water proofing adhesive solutions etc.
(Brand: Pattex, Tangit, Metylan) building materials division.
Handling Construction Projects, Retailers, and wholesalers clients overall sales and marketing activities.
Conduct sales presentations to consultants and contractors involved in the projects, collect information about client needs, propose technical solutions and recommendations.
Identifying new markets and business opportunities and arranging meetings with potential customers.
Visiting potential customers for new business developing and maintaining relationships with timely follow up. Prepare quotations with the company pricing policy and the environment of the project.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned products line, market areas, channel & teams supported.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement with a view to closing deals.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences.
Registration & Pre-qualification of the products approval in all Government, Private institutions & authorities.
