• Representation of Dry-docks to oversee the catering company contracted for the camp and ensuring the staff accommodation is maintained to a hygienically clean condition, administers the accommodation activities.
• Review and administer the company Administration Procedures and Human Resources Department Work Instructions.
• Supervision of Mess Halls and accommodation facilities. Inspection of Mess Hall and accommodation frequently and issuance of reports for improvement to H.R. Manager.
• Ensuring the food being served by the contracted catering companies are up to the acceptable standards and the accommodation & other facilities are hygienically clean at all time as per Municipality rules & regulation.
• Administration of room occupancy in manner as required. Inspection of accommodation buildings and maintenance. Requisition & issuance of bedding materials to residents.
• Upkeep of residential camp. To ensure the camp discipline and security of the assets (personal and company).
• Ensure the availability and continuous supply of water/electricity and no disruption in the catering service.
• Report any unwanted incidents/ theft/ indiscipline/ consumption of liquor / drugs/ unsafe acts / irregular supply of water/ electricity, behavioral problems to top management for corrective and preventive actions.
• To motivate the residents for camp hygiene / house keeping / organize games and sports.
• To conduct periodic surprise inspection to the rooms and identify any unwanted activities and indiscipline / prohibited acts (cooking etc) and inform the management fir disciplinary actions.
• To prepare and submit the residents list and availability of catering staff for accounting.
• To promote horticulture to spread the message of greenery and positive effects of informal gathering.
• Ensure cleanliness of the camp in coordination with the cleaning contractor.
• Allocate rooms to new residents and other facilities as per their entitlements.
• Follow up catering contractors and ensure stand of food quality is maintained verifying the man days figuring in the catering invoice.
• Good houses keeping and maintaining a healthy and safety environment in the camp.
• Provide administrative support and comply with the essential requirements of the staff accommodation and coordinate maintenance requirements for accommodation and mess.
• Maintaining the camp stores proper inventory system updating and register with all receipts and issues.
• Implementation of company polices.
• Maintaining accommodation status report.
• To report any cases of alcoholism and strictly ensure Non Alcohol policy of the company.
• To ensure proper use of electricity and restrict/ eradicate any misuse.
• To ensure proper disposal of sewage and waste materials.
• To ensure that proper pest control measures are undertaken in the camp.
• Maintaining IN-OUT register for personnel.
• Maintaining register for vehicles IN-OUT moving after 7 PM and personnel movements after 10 PM.
• Ensure all equipments and properties within the camp are in serviceable and working condition.
• Landscaping measures like planning of trees and plants in the camp area.
• To forward periodical reports as required.
• To forward Accommodation status report and man day reports to the Logistics coordinator, Camps, on daily basis.
• To update quarterly, the camp stores inventory and forward a report to the Logistics coordinator.
• To forward any other report to the Logistics Coordinator, camps as when required.
