Major Maintenance Planning:
• Receive the Major Maintenance request from client for varied equipment i.e. Degasser, Desalter, Vessels, Drums, Storage Tanks, Valves, Pipelines manifolds and infrastructure.
• Attend the Kick off meeting and site visit with Estimation and Discipline Engineers to identify and estimate the scope of work.
• Develop the detailed plan with all required resources, man, material and other necessary support.
• Review the plan details of activities, logics, start date, estimated duration and resources within internal and client to ensure the accuracy and consent.
• Analyze the plan to identify clashes and coordinate to mitigate the same.
• Coordinate for resource arrangements as man, material, services, vender / specialist requirement, contract, pre-fabrication, procurement and etc.
• Follow up procurement of long lead items, contracts and pre-fabrication to ensure all preparation successfully complete and job execution on scheduled date.
• For any sub-contracting scope - Prepare technical SOW, Coordinates with Contract Engineer to contract out the job. Provide support in Tendering Process as selection of bidders list, site visit, technical clarifications, technical evaluation & qualification, selection of successful bidder, kick-off meeting and mobilize successful bidder.
• Coordinate for mobilization of resources at site
• Issue detailed plan and package to all relevant site teams for execution.
• Monitor progress and issue Daily Progress report, highlight achievement, if any significant delay or variances which impact the plan.
• After successful completion of job, coordinate with client for acceptance the completion of job and approve completion certificate.
• Demobilize the resources.
• Prepare final close out report.

•Facilitate clash analysis sessions for location, schedule, interface, hazard and coordinates for clash mitigation measure, implementation philosophy and strategy with actions and responsibility matrix (RACI chart).
•In parallel estimate resources as manpower, material, equipment, logistical and any other support,
•Prepare list of required material and follow up with Commercial to ensure the availability within targeted dates and tools & tackles, compare with available in-house and arrange for non-available through outsourcing.

I was responsible for preparations, planning, scheduling & progress monitoring of major shutdowns of the plant. Planning, scheduling and progress monitoring through MS Project and other preparations through MAXIMO computerized system. Ensure the successive completion of all shutdown jobs in safe, timely efficient, cost effective manner with high standard of quality and HSE in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Collect, compile scope of work from all concerned as per Company policy.
Review & formulate the scope of work, arrange required technical documents as Equipment Drawings, Data Sheets, P&ID’s, Blind Lists, Lay out / Plot Plans.
Enter job details in MAXIMO to update the Company record. Reserve required material, consumables, special tools and etc. Arrange non-available material, hiring of equipment, pre-fabrication any vendor or special services.
Coordinates for shutdown & start up procedure, sequence, logic & equipment release strategy.
Liaise with Contract Engineer to contract out the job, bidders site visit, technical clarifications, qualification, kick-off meeting, mobilization of successful bidder.
Approval of Method Statements, Risk Assessments, ITPs, Work Control & Progress Monitoring Procedure,
Reviews, finalize the Master Bar Chart of shutdown jobs.

Responsible for computerized maintenance planning with CMMS SAP / R3 for stationary and rotary equipment of plant, LNG, Condensate and Sulfur Storage & Loading facilities.
During start up I was responsible to coordinates and plan the Commissioning and Pre-start up activities, equipment inspection & take over strategy, consolidates and clearance of punch list items, leak test / pressure test of equipment and piping circuits.
Planning, scheduling and monitoring day-to-day maintenance jobs with all man & material requirements for successive completion in safe, timely efficient and cost effective manner. Ensures all jobs to be done in accordance with company policies and procedures keeping high standards of HSE.
Attend daily coordination meeting with Operations, Maintenance, Support Services and Safety for next day plan.
Develop, issue, implement and monitor the short term, mid term and long term PM plans of equipment with task list, frequency, sub-operations, with required spares / consumables, and resources. Prepare and issue the yearly preventive maintenance program.
Co-ordinate, arrange monthly planning / backlog and look ahead meetings.

Assist the CMMS SAP application team to make the system more users friendly,
Capture the Data for new equipment in SAP.
Review & evaluate the requirement of spares, suggest minimum / maximum quantities in line with criticality of equipment, back history and pervious consumption of spares.
·Supervises the repair, maintenance, trouble shooting & over hauling activities to a wide range of mechanical stationary and rotating equipment in the plant, including Pumps, Steam Turbines, Compressors, Heat Exchangers, Air Coolers, Fan & Blowers, Process Columns, Pressure Vessels, Furnaces, Boilers, Storage Tanks, Valves, process and other pipelines.
·Estimate, evaluate, and ordering of spare parts and the required material for above said equipment and inventory control.
·Prepare the monthly job progress reports, technical reports, update the history files & record of the said equipment.
·Supervises and coordinates the constructional activities during revamping as installation of new equipment, tie in with existing units, start up & commissioning, punch list and etc.
·Supervises and coordinates the jobs executed by contractor as per scope of work like major repair / construction of storage tank, laying of different pipelines. Co-ordinate the required inspection at different stages. Verify the job up to completion certificate.
·Prepare, issue, implement and monitor the preventive maintenance plans for plant mechanical equipment including checklist, reservation of spares / consumables, special tools, manpower, support services and etc.
·Assist in planning and monitoring of turnaround / shutdown, including preparation/ review / finalize the job list with coordination of respective departments, organize the pre-turnaround meetings, estimate, evaluate and procurement for material, equipment of support services requirements.
·Analysis and compare the monthly cost report for the assigned area (Budgeted verses Actual) and control the cost. Assist to prepare the yearly budget for the assigned area.
