Duties & Responsibilities:
• Analysis of available work scope as per original contract.
• Develops project plans including engineering design, procurement, fabrication,
vendor mobilization, shop and field construction, hydro & commissioning .
• Crosscheck and prepare project planning database like man power, consumables, equipments etc based on the current scope of work.
• Ensures team members have a clear understanding of the overall strategy business and priorities of the project
• Checking PFD’s, P&ID’s, GAD’s & Isometric drawings whether the work carried out according to the required specifications.
• Ensure that all work activities ( Erection, Piping, Welding, Hydro Test ) are in accordance with current project plan.
• Acquire Bill of material from Material Department & quality reports from QC department.
• Monitor the material handling & delivery to the site depending on the priority basis.
• Monitoring day-to-day activity vs production summary and issuance of site instruction to site personals (Jnr Engineers & Piping/Welding Supervisors) for highlighting deficiency.
• Experienced in all process, utility, fire piping works and activities like piping/welding/hydro test.
• Acting as the main technical adviser on the site regarding the technical issues & work progress.
• Standing Engineering and material related open issues and make STQ’s, As-built drawings regarding the technical issues.
• Conducts Hydro test and Gravity Leak Test for the final approval of Quality Control and Saudi Aramco.
• Verification of closed punch items and conduct walk through for each completed piping system prior to re-statement and pre-commissioning.
• Ensuring the project meets the HSE/Quality standards.
• Regular and weekly meeting with construction department to discuss the progress of the work.
• Make weekly and monthly look-ahead plan to achieve the client target and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Reporting the project status with the managerial levels and clients to highlighting any critical points or bottleneck

•Coordinate regarding daily activities with client representative at site.
•Monitor the material handling & delivery to the site.
•Motivating & monitoring the group of pipe fabricator, fitter, Grinder & Welders in fabrication & erection process which is performed by series of activities, starting with material receipt, pipe spool fabrication under shop & field conditions.
•Planning the work in day advance as per man power& priority schedule.
•Monitoring overall site activities .
•Making the list of unfinished locations to which the work to be carried on.
•Prepare and keep necessary records and documentation of materials, consumables and finished works.
•Conduct line checking for completeness of line as per ISO drawing and P&ID.
•Supervising and coordinating of hydro test teams .
•Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
•Attending regular meetings with Clients to keep them informed of progress.
