• Develop and manage service-based partnerships and business relationships with current and potential suppliers and service providers in order to ensure that these relationships are long term and are based on mutual benefit and value-addition.
• Negotiate with selected contractors on contract price with a view to obtain the highest discount and fixed prices for products or services to perform the required scope.
• Prepare Budgets of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials & Regular Items as per Production Plan, Sale Forecast & Average Consumption of Regular Items.
• Interaction with vendors and suppliers in order to ensure procurement of materials and services on the best available terms (quality, price, lead time) in accordance with stated specification.
• Preparation, processing and recording of all purchase orders, review of purchase requisition and analysis of specification, Investigating suppliers, preparation of purchase orders (PO).
• Perform Vendor Evaluation Audits for creating New Sources of Materials and also work on Vendor Development to increase their Productivity, Supplies and to meet GMP requirements. .
• Manage all logistic matter include in-bound, out-bound and third party contract.
To oversee the overall planning, development and management of the retail system: merchandising, operation and training.
•To manage the retail outlet including all staffing and operational issues.
•Interaction with suppliers and vendors in order to ensure procurement of goods and services on the best available terms (quality, price, lead time).
•Overview HR matter including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, counselling and performance appraisals.
•Ensure product quality standards are met in all areas as it relates to the appearance, level of maintenance and cleanliness, establish and maintain preventative maintenance programme to protect the physical assets of the store.
•Work directly with General Manager to manage all activities of the property including employees, maintenance, sales and profit /loss control and bank reconciliation.
Establishing sales goal, motivate sales team, control of sales target and resolving customer and supplier sales related issues in accordance with the company policies as per Franchiser requirement.
•Work directly with the Franchise Manager to handle all activities of sales department.
•Perform other sales duties and responsibilities assigned by Franchise manager.
Ensuring the smooth running of the accounting function on a day-to-day basis in conjunction with the Proprietor. My role involved bank reconciliation statements, stock taking as well as preparation and updating of books of prime entry with special emphasis on Creditors' ledger.
•Calculated weekly payroll for eighteen full and part-time staff.
•Liaising with Accountant regarding annual financial statements.
