• Spearheaded the evolution of streamlined organizational infrastructure and systems. Formulated annual service and operating plans/strategies in coordination with senior engineers to provide the best service.
• Managed individual projects by providing material/labor estimates, monitored project completion within estimated cost/time by ensuring optimal utilization of man/machines with the desired quality.
• Carried out preventive/corrective maintenance on C2I systems hardware and software offsite and onsite. Ensured the timeliness and accuracy, analyze variance and suggest corrective actions for the reported problems.
