I assume a full responsibility for accounting and finance function including but not limited to :
Accounting, cost accounting, planning and budgeting, cash management, working capital management, financial reporting and supporting the decision making.
Full responsibility for the finance function including the following financial areas: financial accounting, financial analysis, capital budgeting, rolling forecasts, taxation and costing systems. Furthermore, I assumed the responsibility of supervising the consolidation function for 16 entities for Ring Group for the period of 6 months.

Define management reporting requirements, developing and maintaining management reports, performing timely, accurate and complete consolidated reports to communicate results.
Supervising and follow up on monthly basis the cutting off procedures to meet the deadlines of the different types of reports needed for the top management for the purpose of the decisions making.
Prepare monthly financial statements in compliance with the statutory/regulatory norms.
Designing financial models for budgets and businesses plans for both current and new projects. Also preparing quarterly rolling forecasts and yearly master budgets (operational and financial budgets) with other departments.
Analyzing and interpreting financial performance of the company against planned targets, producing variance analysis reports such as actual Vs. budgeted, with clear analysis for the variances, communicate results to support decision making and resolve issues.
Establishing appropriate internal control system to ensure acceptable level of internal control and the safeguarding of the company's assets, as well as to ensure strong controllership routines are in place and to fully comply with laws and company’s policies and procedures.
Preparing accounting cycles and control procedures also participating in development of group financial policies and cutting off procedures.
Designing and implementing the traditional costing system, as well as having a good knowledge of how to implement activity- based costing system.
Developing and implementing costing systems, such as, Job order costing system and process costing system.
Managing development of the team, and provide coaching, to facilitate continuous improvement of team and individual contributors, recommend and implement personnel actions such as promotions and dismissals in accordance to the HR policies and procedures of the company.
Liaison with external and internal auditors.
Providing the management with suggestions to improve resource utilization with optimization of financial resources.
Managing more than one Petty Cash.
Preparing daily bank position analysis.
Preparing cash forecasting report.
Responsible for accounts payable & all company disbursements.
Preparing & updating banks ledgers & banks reconciliation
Assisting at preparing payroll.
Other jobs may be assigned by the Accounting Manger.
Auditing & preparing financial statements for intermediate sole proprietorship companies.
Analysis & classifying expenses & cost items.
Recording and allocating all expenses, costs and financial charges.
