- Responsible for reviewing ERS, SDD, writing System Test (QA) Plan and Test Cases based on Requirements, creating test scripts, procedures and performing System Level Testing (Black Box/QA Testing) with high level of success in achieving GA dates.
- Ensured that all products meet customer, marketing and protocol specifications as well as engineering requirements.

- Features involved SS7 Gateway using ISUP, ISDN, Q.931, Q.930, Q.921, TCAP, SCCP and AIN standards, inter-working with TC1000/TC2000 MG, MGC, SIP Proxy and BES. Protocols used were MGCP, H.248, SIP, H.323, with increasing effectiveness of call processing and signaling.
- Developed SNMP Agent and implemented MIBs and APIs in processes for managing SG (Signaling Gateway) with increasing effectiveness and easy to manage using SNMP Managers.
- Applied Client Authentication on SG allowing only authorized SNMP Managers to manage SG using socket programming, IPC mechanism and storing the authorized Managers’ IP addresses in ACL of SG.
