Activities performed:
 Manage Projects through development (three phases technical solutions, specs
writeup and CAPEX/OPEX analysis and finally preparation of the tender scope
technical scope of work along with write-up tender specification for selected
solution) with all stake holders and company strategic business goals.
 Lead Engineering to develop scope, cost, and schedule of Projects during the
development phases.
 Lead the design activities and studies developed to fulfil the specific project
requirements in this regard in a timely and efficient manner.
 Validate the primary and Secondary design deliverables developed as per
international and local utility standards and procedures and in line with project
KPI’s.
 Present the developed different solutions to stakeholders and customer and
lead the SWAT analysis as per the KPI’s and related international quality
standards and best practices to elect the final selected one with customer and
different other stakeholders’ approval.
 Ensure adequate and effective communication within and across the project
team, internal and external stakeholders. Ensure technical and execution risks
are identified and managed.
 Establish and maintain relationships with senior management, ENOWA and NG
personnel to achieve success.
 Lead Technical design activities from equipment concept to complete electrical
concept solution.
 Lead the technical workshop with customers to evaluate feedback for
developed solution and elect. The best preferred one.
 Prepare the final approved technical solution and tender technical scope of
work.
Achievements:
 Develop the digital substation technical solution for 132/33KV PSS for Neom
line grid.
 Develop different philosophies for primary equipment’s like ester oil power
transformer and environmentally friendly GIS for the project to achieve highest
safety without impacting quality and functional requirements and increase of
footprint for underground substations.

 Full responsibility for details plans for Testing Commissioning of different equipment's at site.
