o Supervise, review, monitor and report on engineering and construction progress challenging us to achieve milestones.
o Drives a positive integrated, multi-disciplinary team culture in support of the project’s objectives
o Liaise with client, co-ordination with Governmental Organization and other Consultants/Contractors
o Procurement tracking
o Responsible for management of the review process of the design proposals, work program, material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, payments, variation orders and claims etc.
o Enforces internal Company processes and policies such as business and contracting rules
o Engineering tracking
Following technical & civil drawings from engineering department
Preparing technical submittal to be submitted to the client and the consultant
Checking with installation engineer the commissioning and start-up of the plant.
Managing all Mechanical Engineering Part of Water and Waste Water Treatment Plants.
Monitoring Contractual technical requirements and fit to Technical Specifications and Engineering Datasheets.
Checking design of all mechanical equipment.
Cause design of P&I Diagrams, General Arrangement Drawings as well Detail Drawings.
Define Engineering and Equipment Packages for delivery by others.
Making sure observation for Standards Methods and Procedures.
Creating Technical Bid Comparisons.
Leading Technical negotiations with suppliers.
Supplier Correspondence during execution phase, as well Correspondence with Consultants and Clients on behalf of Project Manager.
Setting and reporting at Project team and Engineering Management.
Attendance at interdisciplinary reviews of technical documents.
Supporting Projects management for time scheduling.
Execution Inspections at supplier’s factory and site during erection phase.
Supporting at commissioning phase.
Control cost, consumption of hours against budget and to meet one’s deadlines
