* Supervision, following up, controlling the work procedure & develop employees skills.
* Following up all medical insurance cases.
* Medical insurance cards issue, delete and add all co employees.
* Employees’ medical payment.
* Attend the recruitment exhibitions.
* Implementing HR Report. (Weekly, monthly, delay).
RECRUITMENT:
* Advise BU/Dept. heads, interview panel members & candidates on the recruitment process, terms
and conditions of employment.
* To conduct a Job briefing session to understand the nature of the role, position specification and all
selection criteria of the vacant position with BU/Dept. head.
* To advertise the vacant position internally in order to identify the availability of any qualified
candidates within Binzagr Co. and publish external advertisements through the company sourcing
channels.
* To source and screen applicants through the agreed selection criteria during the Job briefing session
with BU/Dept.
* To conduct phone screening and at least two pre-employment reference checks using the Phone
Screening & interviewing form.
* To conduct HR interview and provide feedback using the Phone Screening & interviewing Form.
* To send shortlist of selected candidates to the BU/Dept head.
* To attend the technical interview with the BU/Dept. head.
* To negotiate the job offer and prepare final written offer to the selected candidate.
* To complete and gain appropriate approvals for the HAF “Hiring Application Form”.
* To complete the Bank Account Information Form & the Female Employee Undertaking form by the
candidate.
* Upon successful results forward candidates documents to the Onboarding Team.
* To update and send the recruitment report to the Recruitment Manager weekly basis.
