• Controlling Projects Cost, Schedule, Scope, Procurement and Quality
• Ensure the design & construction works are in accordance with the projects Specification.
• Review and approve all construction documents and submittals to ensure compliance to the specifications.
• Handle all kinds of change orders and communicate the same to concerned parties for implementation.
• Analyze and control projects risks and implement actions and responses to avoid or control risks.
• Close Monitoring and inspection of all site activities to ensure construction and performance are in accordance with the projects plan and specifications.
• Assuring Quality Control for all works carried out by the contractor
• Communicate, Follow up & Co-ordinate with Clients Representative and other stakeholders.
• Lead & Conduct progress meetings & Technical meetings with Contractor & vendors.
• Corresponding with Client, Contractor & Sub- Contractor officially.
• Follow up and discussing all drawings and NOCs to all designated authorities and governmental institutions to obtain approvals.
• Monitoring the Master Program, tracking critical Paths and milestones for identifying them to the contractor
• Following up material submission, approval and procurement schedule
• Organizing the Project start during the mobilizing stage which includes re-view of Construction programme, re-view of Insurance policies, re-view of Performance guarantees, and re-view of Contractors Staff etc.
• Re-viewing the As-built drawings, Guarantee / Warranty Certificates and O & M Manuals
• Ensuring proper document control and minutes of meeting registration.
• Re-viewing and settling the Final Accounts claims from the contractor.
• Upgrade site team skills and prepare them for higher level of responsibilities.
• Prepare the Structural design of the buildings and obtain the approval form the engineers association and local municipality.
• Coordinate the structural design with architectural and MEP.
• Prepare projects cost report and submit to the clients prior to start construction.
• Supervise the works and prepare monthly reports to the clients.
• Coordinate with contractor and subcontractors.
• Arrange material procurement schedule to the client.
• Prepareshopdrawingsand procurementschedule.
• Prepare program ofworks and submitfor approval.
• Prepare monthlypayment applicationand followup payment withclients.
• Preparemonthlyprogressreports.
• Supervise the works atsite and give directionsto labors and supervisorsfor proper execution of the works as per projectsspecs.
• Coordinate with local authoritiesto obtain the necessarypermits and approval oftheworks.
• Follow up project handing over and attending the snagsissued by the consultant and client.
