Project Description:
• Takreer is the Client wishes to construct a new oil refinery called Ruwais Refinery Expansion Project ( RRE) next to its existing refinery in the Ruwais Abu Dhabi . Total Project Cost -USD 3.76 Billion dollars. EPC contractor SK Engineering & Construction.
• The new refinery will process 400, 000 barrels per day of Murban crude oil taken from existing pipelines (Habshan to Jebel Dhana) that pass to the south of the existing refinery
• Seven (7) EPC Package are envisaged and the scope of each is generally
• Crude distillation unit and associated downstream units, with miscellaneous process units 1036(Spent Caustic), 1100(Crude Distillation), 1110(Satellite Gas Plant), 1120(Satellite LPG Treating), 1130(Sat. LPG Splitter), 1210(SR Heavy Naphtha HDT), 1300(H2Manufacturing), 1400(Kerosene Hydro treating), 1510(LGO Hydro treating), 1520(HGO/LGO Mild Hydro cracking), 1530(MHC H2 Recovery), 1690(Benzene Reduction), 1700(Sour Water System), 1800(MDEA Regeneration), 1810(DEA Regeneration), 1900(SRU + TGTU)
Description of work
• Reporting to the Operation Manager of the progress of the project as Project Manager and coordinate with EPC contractor & PMC .
• Execution EPC Project with Substations( Including Finishing Works ), Special type of Equipment foundations, Pipe Rack, Compressor, Pump, Chemical, Fire point shelters., etc.,
• Communicating and directing discipline crew leads and Construction Manager / subordinate engineers / Planning Engineer/ Cost control Engineer / Field Lead Engineer for clear understanding and execution of Project as per the design drawings and specifications.
• Ensuring crew’s and sub-contractors performance are in compliance with specifications, quality requirements and within schedules and budget.
• Interacting with TRKREER Client & SK E&C contactor and conducting joint reviews of the progress
• Assigned Project - ROYAL AMWAJ 5 STRAR HOTEL & RESORTS, Palm Island, Dubai and ZAYED UNIVERSITY, Abu Dhabi.
• Reporting to the Project Director of the progress of the project and
• Ensuring crew’s and sub-contractors performance are in compliance with specifications, quality requirements and within schedules and budget.
• Interacting with Consultant and conducting joint reviews of the progress

Description of work :
• Reporting to the Project Manager of the interior operations as construction Manager.
• Ensuring safety compliance and promoting safety awareness to create a safe working environment
• Communicating and directing discipline crew leads and subordinate engineers for clear understanding on the design drawings and specifications
• Ensuring crew’s and sub-contractors performance are in compliance with specifications, quality requirements and within schedules and budget.
• Directing the sequence and priority of work to the multi discipline crews for effective co-ordination and smooth execution.
• Interacting with Client representatives and conducting joint reviews of the progress
• Developing daily, weekly and monthly craft, tools, equipment and material requirements plans
• Developing craft assignment plans for deployment for different areas and review work accomplished.

• Perform personnel evolutions on subordinate personnel for annual appraisals.

Description of work :
• Reporting to the General Manger / Project manager of the company as Construction manager .
• Over all In-charge of construction of various projects including multistoried commercial buildings, Apartments, Textile Mills, Factory and Infrastructure projects.
• Managing Projects through site engineers assigned to each project
• Supervising the Project team regularly on their adherence to the Project Time Schedule (Bar Chart) agreed with the clients.
• Ensuring the project team reaches various milestones as required by the contract schedule during the course of the projects
• Coordinating with the consultants and clients to discuss on scope changes and specification changes during the execution of the projects and informing time and cost impact of such changes to the management for the approval and incorporating
• Managing a construction crew of size approx. 150-250 Nos. and continuously working on the deployment plan of the crews for different projects as required for effective utilization.
• Making Material Requirement schedules in advance and monitoring the receipt of the same at the stores for different projects.
• Ensuring the quality of workmanship through site team and materials as specified by the contract.

Description of work :
Execution of various projects ranging from residential, commercial and industrial buildings and the responsibilities includes
• Studying the Scope of the work, Architectural, Structural drawings and specifications including the major milestones to be delivered in line with the contract schedule
• Setting up the site offices, stores and forming manpower teams for various packages of the works
• Dividing the scope of the works into packages and briefing the respective foreman for their better understandings of the job to be delivered.
• Procuring initial construction materials and equipments delivered to the sites
• Making periodical indents for manpower and materials required for the continuity of the project
• Supervising the setting out of the projects and getting the approvals of the consultants
• Supervising the work in progress according to the drawings and specifications
