5- Monitor, Collect, and escalate any new information regarding market situation and competitors offers.
6- Generate all reports according to SL-list of reports, and maintain high level of accuracy within the present frequency and dead line.
7- Define findings related to CIP customers activities, provide recommendations & propose developmental plan to Head of VIP section
8- Escalate and repost any noticed infringements to upper management.
9- Conduct effective training and awareness on Syriatel Service and products to VIP customers .
