Main Duties & Responsibilities:
•Pricing and tendering on all Projects, Estimating, Project presentation proposals, etc.
•Programming, pre contract and contract planning
•Account & Project management
•Payment, Variation, Sub contractor & other related certification
•Project management on conventional projects (Full management, start to finish)
•Design & maintenance of price structure in terms of resource updates, formulation, Rate build-ups, etc. Similar to any other QS software in principle
•Detailing & specification of projects (materials & special requirements) prior to procurement stage (specialised)
•Other general QS functions required on day to day basis within the company
