ROLES AND REPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor at site all quality related activities on the project and to verify that such are at all times in accordance with the applicable standards.
• Coordinate all of the on and off site quality inspections and quality audits with the site Contractors, Sub-contractors and Suppliers.
• Prepare Inspection and Test Plan to be use as guidelines and reference in conducting inspection of works done prior to commencement of succeeding works.
• Prepare method statements and construction procedures in order to work systematically and following step by step of work.
• Conduct Inspection together with the Client representative especially for those critical and complex works.
• Receive and review submittal, documents and drawings that may also be provided for quality related reviews.
• Assigned task and inspection works to site QC inspectors on daily basis and review outcome of inspection and documents.
• Conduct inspection for trial mixes of concrete in batching plant prior to submittal and acceptance by the Consultant.
• Coordinate all material receipt inspections and review all material certification and testing.
• Conduct inspection of subcontractor’s work especially for critical and important inspections.
• Ensure all quality control documentation is complied with for the works from construction through hand over.
• Assure all technical documents relative to site quality are current status or with the latest version/issue.
• Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
• Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
