Internal Communications
• Design and implement communication strategies and lead the staff in the communications department; dissipate key organizational messages and policies to employees using the communication infrastructure.
• Presently lead a prestigious assignment for setting-up a Creativity and Innovation Centre that will enable employees to enhance their skills in creative thinking, problem solving, and developing innovative strategies.
• Designated as the General Editor of the organization’s official quarterly magazine (Tahleya), select and publish articles that would enhance professional knowledge of the employees, cover recent events in the organization.
• Create and maintain the corporate identity of the organization; this includes design and development of brochures, emblems, business cards and forms, signage, official uniforms for personnel (where needed).
• Deploy Infographics to visually display data / information to facilitate its easy and clear understanding by the organization’s employees; create the content, develop designs and collaborate with professional designers to develop the final visuals that would create maximum impact.
Operations
• Formulate and implement strategies and operational plans for the Commission on Research and Development to achieve defined research objectives as per the norms of International Desalination Association (IDA).
• Member of the team that carried out the feasibility study (financial, operational) for setting-up a desalination plant in North Abhor in Jeddah, for the Research and Development Centre.
• Plan and organize various formal events, gatherings and exhibitions internally and outside the organization; prepare budgets and allocate resources, and ensure all events are a success.
Corporate Social Responsibility
• Define CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs as per the company’s CSR objectives, and plan and direct various social services / community development initiatives; some of the key programs conducted successfully include

» Winter camp for the employees
• Responsible for planning and administering the social responsibility specialists initiative which focused on providing specialized training to members of the Social Responsibility Committees of the organization, enabling them to implement various CSR programs with professionalism and commitment.
Knowledge Management
• Lead development of the organization’s knowledge management strategy, run operations of the Knowledge Management department, and standardize work procedures and methodologies.
• Promote knowledge sharing to facilitate the organization’s progress towards excellence, define procedures for recording, documenting and sharing explicit and implicit knowledge.
• Develop knowledge exchange maps as tools for sharing of knowledge; define flow of information to enable knowledge dissipation and value creation.
In addition to my Bachelor's degree, I was a full time graduate student seeking master degree at The Pennsylvania State University ( PennState ), in State College, PA, USA. I had completed 23 Hours of courses for Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering on year 2000. CGA: 3.1/4.0 The graduate courses I had completed are: Experimental Design in Engineering (B-), Quality Control (B+), Scheduling Models (B-), Time Series Control (B+), Advanced Engineering Economy (B), Safety Systems Engineering (C+), Managerial Decision Theory (A-), Industrial Engineering Colloquium.
