My position is a part time one, as a SW & HW troubleshooter in addition to PC assembling & cashair registery .
I can build NW's for customers and setup internet connections, with a full help disk support
In-charge for all IT and networking related tasks including:
- Manage schools’ servers: Active Directory, Windows Server 2003, ISA 2004, Exchange 2003, Application, Print and IP telephony
- Participate in a critical project to migrate schools’ servers from 2003 server operating system to 2008 R2 and to upgrade ISA 2004 to 2006. In addition to install & configure MacAfee (server/clients) antivirus system manager
- Provide IT training and end users support for network related incidents and manager/monitor network logs and connections

An IT professional, with more than 15 years of experience at various IT fields, and more than 10 training courses and certificates in major IT sectors : Windows Server, MCITP, MCSA, CCNA, ITIL, A+, Network+, SQL, ... etc. In addition, I have a huge base of knowledge on the management fields, especially in organizational behavior principles, strategic management and the Kaizen roles. I have an excellent knowledge of networks, servers and computers in both hardware and software to perform maintenance and advance tasks. At the other hand, I had a good experience in the ERP solutions support, training and implementation. I have an excellent reporting and managerial skills; also, I am a very good team player.
