• Supporting/conducting safety inspections/reviews as well as field safety and hazard identification surveys and resolving ongoing safe operating concerns.

• Awarded by from the Main Contractor Bill-finger Berger with appreciation for the exemplary performance as HSE Engineer in 2010.
• Played a key role in efficiently conducting various trainings including of equipment inspection, safe driving, permit to work, induction for new employees etc. ensuring adherence to the set standards.
• Instrumental in designing, developing and reviewing HSE Training Matrix and maintaining HSE Statistics.
• Actively participated in the preparation of training PPTs, materials, employee assessment challenges and also organized special programmes like fire extinguishing demo, safe height work and rescue, emergency mock drill, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implemented safety rules and regulations and safety program in adherence to the set company standards.
• Inspected and maintained all fire and safety equipment including of PPE, fire extinguishers, fire blankets, hand tools etc. at site and also verified heavy equipment and vehicles for ensuring compliance of vehicular safety standard.
• Carried out job safety analysis making reports and ensured that the work permit system is followed.
• Performed accident/incident investigation and analysis, coordinated safety activities in emergency drills as per policies and ensured compliance of contractor safety management system.
