Responsibilities include,
• Overall requirement study and implementation of a fully integrated ERP software.
• Design, implement and manage all the business related applications and software systems.
• Enforces the scope, deliverables and schedules.
• Interact with users, managers and service partners to coordinate the development.
• Work in conjunction with the business user to define project scope and project requirement.
• Conducting meetings and analyze goal objectives with the management and the ERP developers at various phases of the development.
• Organize and co-ordinates User Acceptance Test.

• Network and Data Center Infrastructure & Migration from QP - Worked as the Project Manager for migrating the Network & Data Center infrastructure from QP.
• ERP Implementation - Co-ordinated and successfully implemented a fully integrated ERP solution for the company. The implemented modules include Procurement, Location Mangement, Finance & Sales Invoicing, Human Resources (HR/HCM), Quality Health Safety Envirionment (QHSE) & Receipe Menu Management (RMM).
• Reporting Portal for ERP - Design, development, implementation and support of a highly customizable web based reporting solution with drill down facilicy, for accommodating the reporting solutions for the ERP system, which has been extensively used by the employees in all the company locations around Qatar.
• Integrated Order Management System - Design, Development, Implementation and Support of an Integrated Order Management System for Amwaj Catering Services during the occasion of Arab Games held in Qatar.
• Point of Sales Software - Design, Development, Implementation and Support of a centralized point of sales software for the various café outlets of Amwaj Catering Services. It is being used in around 50 café outlets of Amwaj Catering Services around Qatar.
• Uniform Management System - Involved into the design, implementation and support of Uniform Management System.
• File Tracking System - Involved into the design, implementation and support of File Tracking System.
