 Achieve Sales Target assigned from management
 Following up the sales quotation on daily biases Point of contact and service for all B2B accounts
 Provide resolution to all enquires logged through call center or F2F team.
 Unsure all calls and B2B related enquiries are resolved within service levels and written confirmation to the customer of resolution.
 Coordinate with internal department’s sales, technical, customer care to resolve customer issues.
 Ensure that all the regular service change requests are forwarded for action.
 Process all waivers related to Business Accounts preparing necessary supporting documents and getting approvals.
 Responsible to regularly monitor corporate customer churn and take necessary actions to reduce churn.
 Good general knowledge about various products and services.
 Strong customer orientation.
 Prepare an annual sales and marketing strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report on its achievements on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
 Plain material flow to meet production requirement.
 Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.
 Based on marketing reports and sales performance revise strategies accordingly

 Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
 Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.

 Search the new customers to develop the business
 Read, discuss and understand inquiries.
 Visit the site and follow-up the project.
 Coordination with marketing for any deviation of materials and specifications.
 Understanding the quotation and comparing it with actual inquiry.
