- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities in Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Preparing offers that matches the client needs and budget.
- Conducting demos for clients to show them how the portal works, showing them our strengths, and the features as well.
- Maintain a good and healthy relationship with existing customers by communiating with them on regular basis checking if they need any help.
- If the client is facing a difficulty finding a candidate, I ask them to share the job description and I will do the search myself and by coordinating with the recruitment team in order to help the client find the right candidates.
- Preparing sales reports and pipeline on weekly basis in order to monitor my performance.
- Update the CRM whenever needed; updating information like new decision maker name or number and so on.
- Working within advertising and multi-service agencies and clients, acting as a link between clients and the Radio Station, mainly generating new markets and opportunities in coordination with advertising campaigns needs and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved.
- Communicating within different sales channels either by meeting new and exciting clients or by PR relations and networking.
- Prepare financial and sales related reports by, analyzing, and summarizing information internally or through market monitoring.
- Coordinating with the Programming, creative and production teams in order to prepare required and new concepts for potential clients.
- Provide the management with required sales reports as per the group‘s reporting system.
- Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face to face andwritten communication.
- Ensure the integrity of the CRM system and keep regularly updated.
- Attend meetings where requested.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately tomake a sale.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospectfor new business.
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
- Representing the company at job fairs and events.
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potentialmarkets.
- Follow up on quotations and close business, if lost revert with reasons.
- Manage an assigned geographical sales area to maximize
sales revenues & coverage; to meet corporate objectives.
- Develop prospective clients by making cold calls, and
following up on proposals.
- Present and sell company products and services to
current and potential clients.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field
activity
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Maintain sales kits and current product knowledge.
- Respond to inquiries by clients.
- Prepare quotations through Customer service / Sales
coordinator & send to clients.
- Follow -up on quotations and close business, if lost revert
with reasons.
- On receiving confirmed business, handover to customer
service team.
- Assist the credit control team to collect dues and
outstanding amounts from clients in allotted credit limit.
- Meet corporate budgeted targets.
- Timely submission of reports set by the management as
per the deadline.
