I was responsible for the design and implementation of the LibanCell customer Complaint System, based on based on ARCIMS and ‘Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) as servers. The application was developed using, ASP (vbscript and jscript), and ARCXML. This application was aimed to manage and track the coverage complaints arriving to LibanCell, this application give a powerful Geographical analysis tools for coverage complaints.

GISEL Project
I was Involvement in the database design and implementation of Lebanon base maps scale 1:100000 for Electricity of Lebanon (EDL) project. The project Involved digitizing the project involved digitizing roads, rivers, vegetation, towns, and some elevation points. In addition, Direct involvement in the QA/QC of the above themes, and the developing of cartographic application using SML, AML. Furthermore, I developed several cartographic outputs for EDL.
