Toronto Symmetrix storage frame migration-Involves SAN migration of 56 servers (Solaris/Linux /VMware ESX hosts) from Old Symmetrix frame (DMX4) to new Frame (Vmax).This involves production and pre-production environments using OR and SRDF.


Plano SAN Refresh Program-Migration of SAN switch infrastructure in Plano from legacy SAN switches to New SAN switch environment and decommission of old SAN switches. This effected 308 servers production and pre-production network.

Warren Milford SAN/NAS migration-SAN Migration from Old Frame(VMAX/Celerra) to new Frame(VMAX/Isilon) involving 203 hosts in production and pre-production environment using OR, VPLEX and Rsync.

CREC TcAE Frame andBUR Refresh-The following activities were completed
•Migration of SAN and NAS host from DMX and Celerra to VNX-5300.
•Migration from Old SAN switches to new SAN switches.
•Migrate backup solution for DMX2000 SAN hosts and NAS hosts from TSM to Networker and decommissioning of Old Infrastructure (Celerra/Symmetrix/Brocade switches/BUR TSM).
•Upgrade BUR server to Networker 8.0
•Replacement of existing 1 GB network interfaces with 10 GB network interfaces in CREC VNX-5300 and moving Production and BUR environment from 1GB to 10 GB.


Coordinate with multiple vendors-Hewlett Packard, and TCS for Project completion
