to greet the guest with eye contact and enthusiasm, and provide them seating area according their preference, serve menu and make sure after sitting the server should be there for serving drinks and take order accordingly and no any single complain occur if occurs do or done by others and always be smiling face with the guest, make guest data base of every month and send them promotions and deals through email and if they have some special request then arrange thing accordingly .
