 Preparation of Performa Invoices & Billing documents.
 Dealing with Plant & supply chain for the orders placed by MDs.
 Coordination with Plant and agility (agents who prepare documents) regarding supporting documents required by MDs in order for the smooth process.
 Preparation of documents such as final invoices & COC. Etc...
 Assistance to Sales Managers by preparing periodical reports of MDs open orders.
 Follow-up of sales orders with Plant & supply chain.
 Coordination between MDs & there shipping company for the loading of shipments & requesting for containers as per the order configurations.
 Any delay in orders, reporting to the MDs with valid reasons.
 Notifying the MDs for arrangement of shipment of ready goods.
 Logging of Complaints received by MDs and as per the complaint nature channelizing to appropriate department or plant to get it resolved.
 Coordination with account manager regarding any new orders placed by MDs. Working on the request of account manager regarding MDs performance or order placements etc..
