 Implement Daily Operations and interact with HR department and project managers in implementing company strategies related to workforce planning and management.

 Planning and forecasting the human resources needed to achieve the business objectives.

 Recruitment and selection of new hiring based on the projected staffing requirements.

 Plan and manage the processes of Workforce transferring between projects.

 Plan and Prepare for conducting the periodic workforce Performance Appraisal.

 Playing an advisory and counselling role with CEO and Project Managers; diagnose problems, prescribe solutions, and offer assistance in resolving Human resources problems.

 Using Key Performance Indicators “KPIs” in tracking pre-defined organizational goals of Manpower planning management.

 Preparing reports on the numbers of manpower in projects and the entire company.

 Tracking attendance of projects employees through Oracle HRMS and reporting the daily, monthly and annually reports on the absenteeism rates and other related indicator.

 Plan and manage organizational Exit processes (Terminations, Layoffs, Workforce-reductions)

 Coordinating with the project managers about the plans of employees’ annual vacations.

 Developing and maintaining policies and procedures for Manpower & Planning Management; by designing forms and provide a road-map for day-to-day operations.

 Building connection and relationship with the employees to understand their needs and listen to their complaints and problem related to work, and trying to solve them. “Open door policy”
