Provided support to PRC organization and Field Safety Staff for implementation of Corporate Risk
Management Program, Process Safety Management Program as per the Corporate Procedure.
Participated in incident analysis, incident investigation, including process incidents etc. Evaluated near miss
related to the department. Advised PRC on Plant’s hospital, school and security pertains to HSE.
Conducted field verification before issuance of Certificate of Completion. Support the section / department

Managed the EHS department, reported to the Hospital President, Vice-president, and Director of Quality
Improvement.
Oversaw the implementation of hospital safety programs such as Occupational, Environmental, Health &
Safety Trainings, Disaster & Risk Management Training, and Investigations.
