- Outsourcing other countries supplier/vendor/manufacturer to have a wide range of material source.
- Attend vendor company presentation and product display to be knowledgeable on each supplier product line.
- Follow-up TBE, TCR, Spare Parts & Compliance for the Power Plant RFQ as per project requirements.
- Provide Comparison Sheet for all RFQ raise it’s either for buying or as reference for a certain project.
- Recommend supplier/vendor to site in-charge/management base on their evaluation and capacity.
- Study and check offer for Power Plant RFQ as per package.
- Evaluate quote/offer by itemize and by package base on the requirements.
- Sending and Follow-up RFQ for On-going, Bidding and Tendering Project specifically for Power Plant Department.
- Compiling Supplier/Vendor PQ Documents and evaluate their capability and capacity.
- Checking material shortage and location
- Preparation and arranging request form like Gate Pass for all materials needed by site personnel.
- Checking and Preparing Material Issue Slip Form for all materials needed to take from Daelim warehouse.
- Arranging and bringing all materials from Daelim warehouse to kumyang warehouse or direct to designate site area.
- Manning warehouse personnel for the arrangement of all warehouse materials.
- Checking and insuring availability of materials in the warehouse.
- Arranging and bringing all materials from Samsung warehouse to kumyang warehouse or direct to designate site area.

- Manning all drivers (Heavy Forklift, Telescopic forklift, Boom truck, Trailer & Crane) for their designated working area on site.
