• Prepare job descriptions, CV screening, interview schedules and implementing the behavioral interview technique.
• Prepare and coordinate all joining arrangements such as offer letters, employment contracts, office orientation and ensuring that the concerned department provides feedback on the new joiner by the end of the probation period for confirmation of employment.
• Develop an annual training needs matrix as per Individual Development Plans submitted by the divisions. Coordinate and arrange all training requirements, date and venue between nominated employees and the training company as well as effectiveness of training.
• Implement the annual appraisal process. Analyze, track and link the Performance appraisal outcome to the appropriate monetary reward and summarize the same in a report to be submitted to the HR Manager.
• Process all salary changes due to merit increases, promotions, and pay adjustments and forward the necessary documents to payroll. Monitor and update salary rates and grading within the company to ensure internal and external equity.
• Develop and coordinate the implementation of employee motivation (reward & recognition) programs
• Handle investigations and prepare disciplinary action letters according to the company disciplinary code and Kuwait Labor Law.
• Handle all types of Exit (Resignations, Terminations and Dismissal)
• Update the ERP system and prepare relevant HR reports
• Requirement Gathering and understanding from Managers.
• Sourcing resumes using our database, job portals, headhunting, referrals and vendors.
• Screening of Resumes to provide the right fit for the relevant requirement.
• Scheduling candidates in coordination with Manager.
• Facilitating Technical, Behavioural Event Interviews (BEI), HR interviews, Walk-in interviews and Off-campus interviews.
• Coordinating with Manager on deciding offer fitment and handholding of the candidate until joining.
• Preparing monthly recruitment reports.
• Co-ordination with Legal & Compensation & Benefits team for creation and extension of Vendor Manpower Service Agreements (MSA) and contractual Purchase Orders (PO).
• Client Interaction with MNCs & CMM Level Companies like Freescale, Intel, nVidia, Texas Instruments and many more to understand their multi-level requirements and to provide value added service.
• Sourcing resumes using our database, job portals, headhunting and referrals.
• Screening of Resumes to provide the right fit for the relevant requirement.
• Personal Discussion with Candidate.
• Scheduling candidate and coordination with client and candidate for technical panel interviews and HR interview.
• Handling new joinee formalities.
• Preparation and Presentation of Recruitment Related Reports.
