Organized, developed and managed the Safety & Security Department of the organization which used to be part of Warehouse Department only.
Formulated and authored the following Safety & Security operation manuals:
o Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
o Office Health and Safety (OHS)
o Warehouse Safety (WS)
Provided intelligence report to the Warehouse Manager & Senior Management regarding the illegal pallet-selling and diesel pilferage from company vehicles resulting to the termination of 10 drivers who confessed the wrongdoing.
Introduced changes in the safety and security culture in the company by initiating policies and procedures to keep abreast with the current safety & security situation such as improvement of the CCTV system, introduction of Patrol Management system, Parking & Traffic Control, Access Control, Materials/Equipment Egress Gate Pass, etc.
Managed the security operations for Nakheel’s Palm Jebel Ali (PJA), Dubai Waterfront (DWF) and Omran Workforce Accommodation Facility (OWAF) projects;
Enforced Nakheel’s policies and other related regulations pertaining to safety and security.
Enforced strictly the Visitor & Vehicle Access Control Procedures for all contractors, sub-contractors and visitors entering the project sites.
Enforced strictly the Traffic Control policy inside the project sites apprehending overspeeding drivers and recommended banning of repeated violators.
Conducted periodic security risk assessment and submitted the necessary recommendations to augment the needed security requirements to Nakheel Logistics.
Took the remaining subjects that were left behind after I left the military institution.
