 To ensure records are maintained of stocks, perform stock accounting and reconciliation, investigating where there are discrepancies.
 Following & monitoring daily receiving fuel from Refinery & making sure sufficient fuel stock is available on daily basis.
 Supervise emergency response measures in case of fire / incident in the terminal and be fully abreast of the roles of incident Commander and direct emergency operations until further help arrives.
 Directly responsible for Quality and maintain quality of operations conforming to ISO 9000 standards.
 Responsible of 4 Dispatch supervisors’ tasks.
 Looking after the whole terminal/depot, involved in maintenance activities such as regular maintenance & projects.
 Looking after department budget.
 Deputy Terminal Manager on his absent.
 Following up on day-to-day with logistics department on their daily distribution plan & helping them in daily scheduling.
 Looking over all terminal management improvement & better utilization of the facility.
 Reporting to JV partner of the terminal on periodically basis.

 Administer the Driver passport system and conduct induction for new driver / contract staff, supporting with logistic department.
 Supervise emergency response measures in case of fire / incident in the terminal and be fully abreast of the roles of incident Commander and direct emergency operations unit further help arrives.
 Directly responsible for Quality and maintain quality of operations conforming to ISO 9000 standards.

 Lend a supporting hand to the terminal management team in drafting contract, maintain minutes of meetings, circulars etc.
 Take full involvements in transport supervisor & lubes storekeeper’s jobs to replace them as and when required.
 In future to assist the Maintenance function on clerical job.

 Temperature measurement instruments.
 Pressure measurement instruments.
 Inspection detectors devices.
 Control valves and actuators.
 Testing and calibration of all instrument devices.
