- Taking full ownership of FreelanceMe Initiative. Including market analysis, initiative definition and development, implementation plan, ongoing execution and reporting.
- Identifying similar freelancing projects and initiatives running in Egypt and worldwide and analyze their strengths and weaknesses to empower FreelanceMe with ideas differentiated from others with the objective of reducing duplication and maximizing public visibility and impact.
- Owning the achievement of annual commitments and core KPIs across the initiative included in the portfolio; ensure goals are defined that are meaningful, tangible and measurable.
- Spearheading new and extended strategies for the overall development of FreelanceMe beneficiaries, like advancing skills development, employability and entrepreneurship knowledge, IT literacy in how to use the portal and specific knowledge to pitch themselves and getting matching opportunities with the employers.
- Creating and maintaining partnerships with the selected partners in our regions, ensuring clear definition of goals and objectives, regular reporting, timely budget utilization, joined marketing efforts, etc. to make them owners of the site.
- Analyzing and tracking the impact of the portal and create a history data book showing the benefit, profit, reach, impact.
- Working closely with other Freelance stakeholders to align the Freelancing strategy with the business objectives, program capabilities and market opportunities.
- Establishing and managing strong relationships with core NGOs in order to create networks of freelancers that can benefit of the Initiative.
- Researching and sharing intelligence on the competitive environment and market conditions in the area of Freelancing matching and entrepreneurship initiatives.
