Accomplishments
•Developed Bank of tomorrow (BoT) strategy with segment focus i.e. default Digital for mass customers and Digital/RM strategy for affluent customers.
•Product and Process lead in Direct from Customer, Digital banking project. Launched the following products:
•Credit Cards, Personal loans, Salary Advance and OD: 4 & 12 steps disbursement for Existing and New customers
•First bank in the region to offer instant Islamic personal finance
•Instant preapproval for Mortgages,
•Instant Account opening,
•Instant Remittances, Bancassurance policy issuance
•Instant Business Banking account onboarding
•Planned and executed Personal Banking Assets Growth strategy through Mortgages and Credit Cards with 75% growth in Mortgages volumes (broker strategy/developer programs).
•Developed business banking strategy (liabilities driven) and product program, led to growth of 90% growth in CASA balances and secured assets growth of 28%.
•Developed “Liabilities strategy” with focus on lowering cost of funds, drive CASA and Fee income.
•Overall reduction of 58% in Cost of acquisition (CoA) by Distribution channels (branch and sales) optimization, Process efficiencies and digital service enhancement.
•Strategic Alliance with key government (DED, FAHR, ICA), corporate banking customers to launch preferential segmented packages and programs.
•Portfolio quality management to ensure Credit cost is controlled, growth in select segments.
