Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Teach up to twenty-five hours a week and lead Conversation Club.
• Organize and deliver classroom lectures to students.
• Plan and prepare lessons to a range of classes and age groups.
• Prepare classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and handouts.
• Create a vibrant teaching atmosphere and maintain discipline in the classroom.
• Use a modern and dynamic teaching approach, which allows students to communicate easily using the English language.
• Devise writing and produce learning resources new materials, including audio and visual resources.
• Help pupils improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills via individual and group sessions.
• Encourage students to participate actively throughout class.
• Assess and continuously monitor student progress.
• Prepare and set tests, examination papers and exercises and provide appropriate feedback on oral and written work.
• Evaluate a students' class work and assignments.
• Record and maintain accurate student registers and attendance records and grades.
• Organize and get involved in social and cultural activities such as sports competitions, school parties and excursions.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by the principal of studies.
• Attend and contribute to training sessions.
• Participate and contribute in staff meetings and extra-curricular activities.
• Prepare information for inspection visits and other quality assurance exercises.

Key Responsibilities:
Main Teaching Duties:
• Teaching on a range of programmes as directed from absolute beginner level upwards.
• Carrying out tutorial, personal development activities, team building, vocational learning, performance monitoring and management of a range of students.
• Contributing effectively to the team’s collective responsibility for:
o regular meetings
o planning, designing and updating the programme and its materials and activities
o delivering the programme
o course and student records and associated administration
o the assessment of students
o the moderation, standardization and verification
of assessments as required
o monitoring student progress
o evaluation of the programme
o identifying personal and professional development needs
o maintaining and safe keeping safe teaching areas and equipment.
SENIOR ENGLISH TEACHER
Responsible for the development, promotion, and maintenance of the program in line with the strategic goals of the organization in order to ensure the delivery of high quality English training to all apprentices of Saudi Aramco. Saudi Aramco Company Apprenticeship Program for non-employees. It is under the supervision of the North Dhahran Industrial Technical Centre, Saudi Aramco Company.
Duties
•Provide teachers with guidance and support in curriculum / course related queries.
•Assist in the development, organization, and filling of materials and other administrative documents.
•Assist with professional development of the teaching team and conduct in-service training and sessions.
•Conduct regular observations of first staff teachers' classes to ensure high quality of delivery and a high level of student satisfaction.
•Identifies student needs and cooperates with other professional staff members in assessing and helping students attitude and learning problems.
•Maintain and monitor teacher professionalism by visiting classes to give advice and guidance to teachers.
•Attends monthly conferences to discuss the individual student's progress and interpret the center program.
