Responsible for field implementation, inspection and supervision for Electrical & Instrumentation Works for Qatar Aluminum Project and its related Facilities and Utilities. In Reduction Area - 14 Pot room Tending Machines, 3 Anode Jacking Frames, 3 Transfer Gantry System, 1 cathode Removal Crane and 20, 000 Anode Clamps plus corresponding J-Hooks. Paste plant. Anode baking plant. Plant wide Utilities - Electrical distribution, air, fuel gas, seawater, potable and process water and waste water. Harbor facilities - ship unloaders, alumina and coke bulk storage, handling and truck loading systems and pitch transport.
Ensure work is carried out competently and effectively, within time and budget constraints and that project objectives are satisfied. Participate in the management of reliability and integrity of the complex by working with the multi-disciplinary area integrity and reliability management team. Facilitate and develop a productive and cohesive team. Maintain and facilitate an awareness of HS&E across the discipline within assigned project.

•Design electrical engineering calculations as follows: total connected load, demand and net computed load in order to get the correct size and rating of wires and cable, conduit, pipes and fittings, cable trays, hanger and support, cable ducts, trenches and hand hole, lighting illumination level, voltage drop, short-circuit, and grounding resistance. Design interior and exterior electrical layout of vertical, horizontal and high-rise buildings. Power and lighting layout. Grounding layout and lightning protection. Auxiliaries such as, intercom and paging layout, telephone layout, CCTV /CATV layout FACP. Design power and lighting layout for sports facilities, perimeter and security lighting layout, airbase and airfield lighting layout, emergency and standby generator, storage batteries, uninterruptible power supply "UPS' and emergency lighting system. Compute the size and rating of wall switches and outlets, safety switch, transfer switch, fuses, breakers, panel distribution board, switchgears and parameters, motor control centers, magnetic starter, heater, capacitor, transformer, standby generator, voltage regulator, lightning arrester, cutout fuse, conductors, poles and hardware's.
