Perform the commercial activities(viz. contractual documentation and writing)

Check Bill of quantities (BOQs) against the drawings to raise claims and assist the Project manager (PM) with cost monitoring and controlling.

Co-ordination with engineering and procurement sections regarding the interface of construction activities material and equipment delivery.
Regular visits to project sites Building, Roads, services, Landscaping etc. to validate whether the progress of work on site is in compliance with approved schedules, major milestones have been met and report deficiencies to construction manager .
Reviewing all daily, weekly and monthly report and also reviewing sub contractor report, in case of any deficiency or non-compliance discussing with Project Manager.
Reviewing EOT& Claim involving time impact and reporting its assessment to construction manager.
Verified bills for main and other contractors and arrange payment certificates in ERP /SAP.
Checked the bill of quantities which were claimed by the contractor in running bills with Actual / GFC drawings in accordance to IS-1200/SP27-mode of measurements
Evaluated all the necessary supporting documents submitted along with the abstract of the monthly bill
Reviewed and prepared reconciliation statements for RMC, steel and other client supply materials which included free issue materials, pour cards for concrete, test reports of materials and comparison statements for value of work (Actual/WO values)
Inspected the specification compliance checklists and work quality checklists
Conducted rate analysis which included calculating / finalizing price for main contractor variations or non-tender items as per the work order conditions
Released the Payment Certificate as per the work order terms.
Monitored the overall execution of work from initial stage of project that was from excavation, marking of footings, construction of framed structure to the final stage that included finishing works such as Masonry, waterproofing, Plastering, flooring, Painting and interior works.
Directed the team as per GFC drawings for marking.
Conducted bar bending schedule preparation.
Prepared sub-contractor bills every fortnight and monthly main contractor bill along with checklists as per the specification for every activity.
Supervised the quality of work that was offered before, in process and after the completion
Performed activities like checking the quality of materials, conducting various tests in co-ordination with the quality control department and so on.
