My Responsibilities Are:
- Reviewing & Understanding Project SPCS, The Relevant International Standards/codes, Client Special Requirements
- Reviewing/understanding/follow Project ITP \{Inspection& Test Plan\}
- Reviewing Project Drawings, Layouts, P&I Diagrams, Equipment Lists and reporting for discrepancies. Open channel with engineering department to solve drawing conflicts.
- Prepare BOM & Material Requests.
- Prepare Drawings mark up For Minor Changes.
- Prepare Blasting & Coating Work Instruction Based on Project SPCS, Painting Procedure & Paints Data Sheets.
- Prepare Fabrication/Assembly Plan/Schedule Using MS Project.
- Solving The Problems Raised During Fabrication / Assembly.
- Monitor relevant technical aspects of Fabrication & Assembly plan. Report variances and suggestions for correction action.
- Implement company production procedures in all Projects.
- Coordinating with in company QC and TPI \{Third Party Inspector\} to get IRC \{Inspection Release Certificate\}.
-Develop, coach and motivate team members.
- Keep up to date with industry best practice and where appropriate roll this out to the team.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental and other appropriate regulations.
