I worked there as Executive officer in Human Resource Department where I was looking after the Training & Development Department, when I have join this department only one person is looking after the all jobs and after my joining all of the major responsibilities are transferred to me. The core responsibilities which I am doing are a Trainer as well as a co trainer during the Training session which was held there. I am responsible for preparing the training calendars (which shows the date, time, trainer and participants of the trainings session). As I am a good in graphic designing so it is also included in my responsibilities to draw the certificates which are awarded to the participants and trainers. We by approval start quality batches how first learn the theory and then practically do their job on floor. It is our major responsibilities to manage all these trainings look after the trainer’s effectiveness and also the performance of the trainees in these sessions. At the end of their training we induct them according to their performance in different departments. I am delivering the lectures on the following topic in the organization.
Computer instructor for the M.S. Word, M.S. Excel, Power point, In page (Urdu writing software) and internet.
Soft skills like supervisory management skill.
Induction sessions for the new hiring are in which awareness is provided about the organization policies, labor laws and benefits.
Conduction of Introduction about textile for quality controllers.
Work as Co Trainer in Fire-fighting and first aid session.
In spite of all of this I am handling the Data Base of the training department.
Minutes of meeting: and forwarding it to all of the head of departments of the organization.
I design Certificates which are awarded on performance to the workers.
I also prepare the Training Calendar for the whole year.
The presentation which were run during the training session all were prepared by me.
